Core20PLUS5 Survey

Last modified date

Core20PLUS5 is an NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) approach developed by the Health Inequalities Improvement Team to support Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) to reduce health inequalities.

Following a series of engagement events, the Health Inequalities Improvement team are now gathering thoughts on the approach through an online Engage-based survey which will be open from 1-19 November 2021.

The survey is aimed at:

  • Health Inequalities professionals working in the NHS
  • Clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals with a particular interest in reducing health inequalities – internally and externally of the NHS
  • Organisations that support or have an expert understanding of the communities at particular risk of health inequalities including ethnic minorities, coastal and rural communities, people living in areas of high deprivation, plus inclusion health groups (e.g. homeless and rough sleepers, sex workers, Gypsy and Roma travelling communities), people living with autism, a learning disability or serious mental illness

The survey is now live here until 19 November: www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/core20plus5
